Halloween Story
A  Collaborative Narrative Writing Project

In your group, brainstorm ideas for a short Halloween story.  Using the storyboard form and Post-It notes, create a short story with a Halloween related theme.

Proofread it and make sure it includes setting, characters, conflict, climax and resolution of the conflict.  Have the teacher approve it before going to the computer.

The teacher will evaluate the assignment based on group cooperation, following the directions, creativity and how well your group presents the story orally to the class.  See the Halloween Project Rubric for the grading sheet.
